QUALIFICATIONS, EXEMPTIONS AND DEFERRALS ONLINE
Save yourself a trip to the courthouse by determining BEFORE YOUR START DATE whether you are qualified, exempt or wish to claim a one-time deferral from jury duty. You will need your jury summons when you do this. To login, you must provide your Candidate ID (found on your summons) and Zip Code. You will also have to check the box stating you swear or affirm to tell the truth about your qualifications or exemptions from jury service.

The next page is the questionnaire that will determine if you are DISQUALIFIED, EXCUSED or CONIFRMED for jury service. Please complete the ENTIRE questionnaire and press SUBMIT YOUR ANSWERS at the end of the page.

From the answers given on the questionnaire, the Profile Page will give you a status of DISQUALIFIED, EXCUSED, or CONFIRMED reguarding your jury service. If your status is DISQUALIFIED or EXCUSED, DO NOT REPORT ON YOUR START DATE. If your status is CONFIRMED, YOU REPORT ON YOUR START DATE.

CONFIRMED JURORS - Please bring the questionnaire that tears away from the bottom of the jury summons. It is not necessary to fill out that questionnaire, however, PLEASE WRITE "ONLINE" across the questionnaire part. We need the bar code on the questionnaire to attend you when you report on your START DATE.
